Lula turned eight this year which has left me feeling Nostalgic….which is why our latest offering is called “Nostalgia”, I designed this piece when I was 19 years old while studying textile design at the Ruth Prowse School of Art, it made its debut in 2009 in the African Mischief Collection in monochromatic colours and now we are launching the design in full colour on gorgeous floppy grey linens. These digitally printed beauties are printed in two ways: in a full coloured print rich in colour and in a vintage distressed fashion where the colours appear washed out. Accompanying this traditional design is a strong classic stripe in indigo, charcoal, duck egg, medium grey, deep red and chartreuse.
